The future of the industry begins not in the production workshop, but in the classroom!
We had the opportunity to talk to students from the Department of Thermal and Alternative Energy at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. It was not a lecture “for show,” but a frank conversation about the industry from the inside.
Taras Shevchenko, co-founder of NVP Teplobak, shared his experience. He is a person who has come a long way in the industry: from installation work to creating his own production facility that supplies products to more than 15 European countries. He talked about his development in heating engineering, the challenges faced by modern manufacturers, prospects for young professionals, and how graduates can influence the industry at the start of their careers — if they have a progressive vision and initiative.
