A heat accumulator is a thermally insulated steel tank in which hot water from heating or water supply systems is accumulated and stored.
A heat accumulator minimizes heat energy losses and reduces energy consumption.
Installing a tank in a modern combined heat supply system allows for the most efficient use of heat energy generated at different times of the day and from different heat sources.
Depending on the modification, accumulators can be used in conjunction with solar collectors, solid fuel and gas boilers, heat pumps, electric heaters, and other energy sources. It is possible to connect several such sources simultaneously.
